The owner and Principal Consultant of Highways and Transport Planning is Colin Miles BSc CEng MICE MCIHT, who has previously been a Director of Transport Planning Associates and Transport Planning Consultants (for over 20 years). With a proven track record in successful project delivery we work on projects of all types and sizes from large-scale residential/commercial developments to small residential projects, day nurseries, faith buildings and expert witness services.
